If you try to connect and have this message :

"openSessionLogon with user info has failed"

At first, try to check that you use the correct system (ex : @bocluster, boserver, @IPaddress, etc).

Double check that your username and password are good.

If it still does not work, you may have a DNS problem.

Open a terminal (Startup menu -> execute -> type cmd) and try :

ping nomsrvbo.domaine.com

If you have an answer, change the DNS suffix in your network configuration (add domaine.com as suffix)

If you still cannot connect, alert your BO and system administrator.
